Meet Joshua Klugman, ESQ
Licensed in three states (California, Texas, Washington), Attorney Joshua Klugman has been on both sides of the aisle representing both employees and employers in court, state and federal agencies like DFEH and the EEOC for over fifteen years. With his knowledge, background, and experience, Attorney Joshua Klugman helps the client get good results as quickly as possible. Attorney Klugman knows that clients want a responsive attorney who not only hears their concerns, but follows up with them right away.
Attorney Klugman received his law degree cum laude from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA where he was involved in a number of student groups. His legal studies have taken him all over the world to places such as India where he learned about India’s caste system, and international human rights gaining a newfound appreciation for Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and California’s Fair Employment Housing Act.
