Have You Been Sexually Harassed ?

Sexual Harassment or Discrimination

Sexual Harassment or discrimination unfortunately happens at the workplace all the time with unwanted comments, touching, groping, gestures, innuendo, etc. Typically, the sexual harassment involves a co-worker, or a supervisor/manager who repeatedly harasses the victim creating a hostile work environment. It is important for the victim to let the employer know preferably in writing about the harassment and that it should stop immediately.

If the harassment continues in any way, then the employee may have a valid legal claim against the employer. Sexual harassment can affect the victim in both emotional and physical ways, leading to damages such as front pay, back pay, compensatory, and punitive damages.
